- Closed-circuit camera recordings and voice recordings from your hospital visits.
- Recorded phone calls made to our Call Center.
- Data related to your personal health insurance and Social Security Service information for financing and planning health services.
- Vehicle license plate data if you use parking and valet services.

- To verify your identity through Patient Services, Health Professionals, and the Call Center.

The above-mentioned personal and special personal data will be recorded and securely archived in both physical and electronic formats by Our Clinic and external service providers, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected and processed through various means, including verbal, written, visual, and electronic channels, for the purposes stated above. The legal basis for collecting your personal data includes:

- Health Services Basic Law No. 3359.
- Statutory Decree Regarding the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and Its Affiliates No. 663.
- Private Hospitals Legislation.
- Processing of Personal Medical Data and Protection of Privacy Legislation.
- Ministry of Health regulations and other related regulations.
Furthermore, as per Article 6 Clause 3 of the Law, personal data related to health and sexual life may only be processed without the explicit consent of the individual by authorized institutions and organizations with a confidentiality obligation for the purpose of protecting public health, conducting medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and managing medical services and their financing.
